Questions and Answers

Why isn't this fencing available in stores?
This is a very common question we are asked all the time. We have tried to bring our fencing to stores but because of the size, weight, and cost, it isn't an easy product for stores to stock. It is a completely new kind of fencing and the wholesale price per panel is much more expensive to what stores are used to. The simple truth is the customer gets much more higher quality wire per square inch than any other types of fencing on the market. You definately get your moneys worth! It will take some time to bring stores around but we are working on it!

We have tried garden centers. It seems they don't want to sell our fencing for the reasons above or fear of the unknown. One of the first questions we were asked was "Will selling this type of fencing reduce their sales of plants?" (Garden centers sell lots of replacement plants due to rabbits eating them) Honestly, we don't know. We are trying to bring a new kind of fencing to the market and give people back a more quality product. We have thought and researched this question and we believe that maybe the inexpensive varieties may not sell as much. But customers will be more likely to purchase more expensive varieties because the customer will know that plant won't be rabbit food. Also, we believe it may change the minds of customers who gave up gardening to start up again.

Virtually invisible from a distance

Will this fencing hide my garden?
The best way and only way to answer this question is to actually show EZ Rabbit Garden Fencing at a 7 foot distance. Your garden will stand out more than the fence. The fencing is plain and simple yet pretty. The panels design will not overpower the landscape. We know that at distances of about 100 feet, the fencing is almost invisible.

EZ Rabbit Garden Fencing is the first fence of its kind.It was designed to keep rabbits out, big and small, and still look attractive.

EZ Rabbit Garden Fencing is versatile to your gardening needs!

Garden Protection- For use around flower and vegetable gardens, orchards, and organic gardens.

Winter Protection- Rose gardeners love our fencing! Winterizing your roses is simple. Just mulch up around the base of your roses. Place plant protector around rose bush. Wrap plant protector with burlap or enclose plant protector in burlap bag. Your rose will remain safe from hungry winter rabbits and damage from heavy snow and ice.

Frost Protection- How many times have you planted your young plants and seedlings and then hear that the weather is going to frost that night? Just wrap your plant protector with plastic wrap and you have an instant greenhouse.

Whole gardens and Single plants- What is great is that the fencing is flexable to your needs. If purchasing the amount of panels you need is not possible. You could purchase a box or two and protect your most favorite plants. Each year you can purchase more until you have enough to surround your garden. When the time comes and you have enough, you then just flatten panels and use for an entire garden.

Young Trees- Rabbits are famous for girdling trees in the winter when food sources are scarce. A single panel will surround a young tree and protect for many years. Plastic tubing around trees does have its problems. Your tree will grow for many years without having to remove the tree protector.

Yard divider- Tired of having your yard used as crossing point? Do you wish little Fido from next door would stay in his yard and stop "using" yours? Tired of raking your neighbors leaves that keep blowing into your yard? Nuisance problems can be solved in a "polite" manner without feeling your being rude by putting up a big fence. The fencing is hard to see from a distance but is strong enough to make a statement of where your yard begins and ends!

Plant support- Our plant protectors also provide support and protection during the early months when the root base hasn't yet taken hold. Storms and heavy rain can cause a plant to lean and pull root base out of ground. If not put back in ground immediately, this could kill your plant. This is great for blueberry bushes and plantings where peat moss is advised instead of soil.

Vine Protection- Another great use for our plant protector! How many times have you gone out to see the rabbit has chomped in half your favorite vine and didn't even eat it? If you grow clematises and morning glorys this is a great product for you. You can also take the plant protector and surround your mailbox post, bird feeder post, etc. Plant your morning glories and moonflowers inside the enclosure and the vines will be able to grow without the rabbits killing the entire vine by having access to base.

Seedling Protection- I hear stories of rabbits going up on peoples porches and decks and going into planters and eating young seedlings. The rabbits love seedlings and will seek them out. (Most likely due to the nutritional content.) You can use a plant protector in your planter or container that is outside.

Miniature Trellis- You can lay two panels together in a "V" shape or make a circle enclosure in your vegetable garden to grow your green peas and beans.

Rabbit & Small Pet Enclosure- Rabbit owners love our product too! Please be careful if you live in an area where other animals can have access the enclosure. Be aware of hawks that can fly down. Supervise your pet and give your pet shelter from sun and the elements. Please also provide food and water. Also, be advised, for safety and liability reasons, we can't sell fencing to actually enclose and protect dogs. Though our fencing does keep most small/medium dogs out of the garden.
